StaffHub Maintenance​

The Maintenance function ensures communication between staff and residents. In the event of any breakdown, staff are instantly notified of a complaint by a resident and can call in a technician to fix any kind of breakdown.

MyHub Maintenance

In turn, the resident can always leave a request to correct some problem. The staff will quickly send a specialist to him or her, after which the breakdown will be rectified. The request is completed and sent automatically after a few simple steps. This simplifies communication between staff and the resident.
